Furnishings
Furnishings are purchased through my trade accounts and billed at product cost plus a procurement fee, quoted in your proposal. This covers ordering, tracking, receiving coordination, damage claims, and returns.

Payment terms
Room Refresh Consults and Design Direction Packages are paid in full at booking. Design fees: 50% at signing, 50% before installation. Furnishings: paid in full before orders are placed.

One revision round is included with each design. Additional revisions and out of scope work are quoted separately. Full service in Dallas Fort Worth, virtual design nationwide.

Design Presentation
You receive your concept boards, recommendations, and next step guidance.
Revisions + Approvals
I refine the direction based on your consolidated feedback and written approvals.
Implementation Support
Depending on scope, I assist with sourcing, procurement, styling or coordination guidance.
Typical timeline: onboarding in week 1, concept development in weeks 2 to 3, presentation and revisions in week 4, procurement and implementation from week 5. Timelines vary based on project scope, vendor lead times, contractor schedules, and timely client feedback.
