Privacy policy

What I collect

When you send an inquiry, the form asks for your name, email, property location, who you are and the service you are interested in. You can also add a phone number, an approximate investment, a timeline, a description of your space and one photo. I use these details only to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation about your project.

Your photos

A photo you attach is used only to prepare your reply. I do not post or share it without your permission.

Where your information goes

This website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives your inquiry and passes it to me by email. If you book a room audit, you are taken to Calendly, which has its own privacy policy. Links to Instagram and other sites take you away from this website, and their policies apply there.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not run advertising or analytics trackers and does not sell or rent your information. Like most websites, the hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and performance. Calendly and Instagram may use cookies on their own pages.

Keeping and deleting your information

I keep inquiry details for as long as I need them to reply and to keep my business records. To see, correct or delete what I hold about you, email jsweat@hausofsolacedesignco.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
